How it works

Conversations, not surveys.

Faure is built around substantive conversations about how you think: money, legacy, family, risk, taste, time. No tick-boxes, no grids, and nothing that could be answered by an assistant. Here is the whole journey, start to finish.

01The journey

From application to membership

Five steps, one of which is ours. Everything after approval happens at whatever pace suits you.

  1. Apply

A few minutes. Tell us who you are and what you have built, run, or backed. No documents, no calls to book, and applying commits you to nothing.

  2. Hand review

Every application is read by a person on our research team, usually within a few working days. Membership is deliberately small, and we would rather stay small than dilute the peer group.

  3. Your SAR agreement, then your first session

On approval you receive your individual SAR agreement, the document your compensation comes from, and an invitation to a first conversation.

  4. Conversations, at your own cadence

AI voice conversations in our iOS app or in the browser, video interviews with our research team, and occasional in-person evenings. You choose what to take and when.

  5. Insight and grants follow each session

After each session you receive a profile of your own reasoning, benchmarked against true peers, and the session’s SAR grant is recorded under your agreement.

02The experience

What a session actually feels like

An AI voice conversation opens with something concrete: a decision you made, a position you hold, a call you are still weighing. From there it follows your reasoning the way a thoughtful interviewer would. Why that structure and not the simpler one. What you tried first. Where instinct overruled the spreadsheet, and whether it was right to. Sessions run 5 to 30 minutes in our iOS app or in the browser, you can pause and resume whenever you like, and you can decline any topic without explaining yourself.

Video interviews are longer and slower, roughly 45 minutes one to one with our research team. They tend to range further: the wealth journey itself, advisory relationships, legacy and succession, philanthropy, what your time is actually for. Members consistently tell us these are the conversations they do not get to have anywhere else, precisely because nothing is being sold and nobody is being managed.

In-person evenings are occasional, curated by city, recorded with consent, and entirely optional. Dinner-table conversation with peers, without the gala.

You said you sold the company about eighteen months before the market turned. Was that analysis, or instinct?

Member

Honestly, instinct first. The numbers caught up a quarter later, and by then the decision was already made.

What would have had to be true for you to hold on?

Illustrative excerpt. Sessions run 5 to 30 minutes, follow your reasoning wherever it leads, and you can pause, resume, or decline any topic without explaining yourself.

03Cadence

A few hours a month, on your terms

Most members do 2 to 4 sessions a month. There is no minimum commitment and no penalty for a quiet month; invitations arrive by email and you take the ones worth your time.

The panel works best over months rather than weeks. Each session sharpens the picture of how you think, so the peer benchmarks get more precise and the conversations get less generic as you go. Members who stay active describe the later sessions as the best ones, because by then the questions are genuinely about you.

If you want to pause or leave, email support@faure.ai and it is done. Your data rights, including deletion, are set out in the privacy policy.

04Membership

Who we accept

The bar is not a number. It is depth of experience with consequential decisions, and a willingness to think out loud about them.

Every application is read against the peer group it would join: the benchmarking only works if founders are compared with founders and principals with principals. If we cannot offer a place now, we may come back to you as the panel grows.

  • Founders and entrepreneurs
Building now or built and sold, at meaningful scale.
  • Senior executives
People who run companies or the substantial parts of them.
  • Investors
Venture, private equity, and angel investors deploying their own or institutional capital.
  • Family office principals
People stewarding family capital and everything that comes with it.
  • Portfolio and fund managers
    Professional allocators with real discretion.
05What you receive

Insight back, and a share in what you build

After each session you receive a profile of your own reasoning, benchmarked against true peers: where you sit with the consensus of people who operate at your level, and where you diverge from it.

Compensation is in Stock Appreciation Rights in Brox AI, Inc., not cash: a video interview carries a SAR grant with an initial notional value of $500, and AI voice conversations $5 per minute. As with any early-stage company, there is no guarantee of future value, and SARs may ultimately be worth nothing. How compensation works.
