Stock Appreciation Rights in Brox, not cash
Faure does not pay session fees. Members are granted Stock Appreciation Rights in Brox AI, Inc., the research company that operates Faure, under an individual SAR agreement you receive after approval.
The exchange is simple, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up. Your conversations, anonymised and aggregated, make Brox's research products better. In return, you hold rights that track the value of the company you are helping to grow.
Brox builds behavioural digital twins of real people from research conversations. Roughly twenty enterprise clients commission research built on them, across pharmaceutical, financial services, consumer, sports, and entertainment categories. We never name clients, and no client is ever told who you are.

What topics will I discuss?
The things that actually shape how you live and decide: money, legacy, family, risk, taste, time. In practice that means investment philosophy, advisory relationships, philanthropy, succession, and how you weigh the decisions that matter most. You can always decline a topic.
How does peer benchmarking work?
After each session, your reasoning and decision frameworks are compared with those of other members at your level: founders with founders, investors with investors, family office principals with their true peers. You see where you align with that consensus and where you hold contrarian views. All comparisons are anonymised.
What exactly are Stock Appreciation Rights?
SARs are rights granted under an individual agreement you receive after approval. They track the appreciation of Brox AI, Inc. stock, and settlement follows the terms of the agreement. They are not shares, not options, and never something you pay for. The full mechanics are on the compensation page.
What will my SARs in Brox be worth?
That depends entirely on how Brox performs. Brox is growing quickly in clients, revenue, and product, and SARs exist so that the people whose insights power that growth hold a share of it: if the value of the company rises, the value of your grant rises with it. We will be straight with you, though. As with any early-stage company, there is no guarantee of future value, and SARs may ultimately be worth nothing.
Why SARs rather than cash?
Because a few hundred dollars per session is unlikely to be why someone like you would do this, and pretending otherwise would be patronising. SARs make the exchange honest: your anonymised insights help Brox grow, and you hold a share of the upside you help create. As with any early-stage company, there is no guarantee of future value, and SARs may ultimately be worth nothing.
